1. How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Orders are sent out every Saturday (e.g. put in an order on a Monday, it will be packed and sent by the following Saturday and arrive to you as soon as possible)
2. How much is shipping to my country?
We currently ship to small list of countries, all having a shipping fee in place.

3. If a product arrives damaged, am I eligible for a refund?
Only if it can be clearly identified that there is a defect in the item, and that the damage was not caused by shipping or post purchase handling. If this can be identified without reasonable doubt, then a replacement or refund may be issued.
Compensation for Items damaged during shipping must be resolved with the shipping company corresponding to your country. We do not take responsibility for the damage of items during the shipping process.
In short, it should be recognised that it is a case by case scenario when it comes to recieving replacement items and refunds.
